Man Arrested for Issuing Fraudulent Checks

Abdou Seck was arrested Wednesday, February 4 by police on St. Thomas and charged with Fraud/Delivering and Drawing Worthless Checks and Grand Larceny. Police said Seck wrote six checks totaling $28,000 with non sufficient funds to cover the checks. Seck’s bail was set at $270,000 pending further court action
