Police Are Looking for the Family of William W. James

Chief of Police Rodney F. Querrard Sr. is trying to get in contact with family members of William W. James. Mr. James previously lived in the Virgin Islands and possibly moved stateside. Mr. James is originally from Dominica and is approximately 44-years-old. He may have relatives living on St. Thomas, St. John, or Dominica. Anyone who is a family member or knows William W. James is asked to call Chief Querrard at 340-715-5548 as soon as possible.
Media - Both photos are of the same individual. The photo marked 1 was taken in 2001 and the photo marked 2 was taken more recently. Mr. James may have lost weight due to illness.
