Surveillance Camera Catches Burglar

Police on St. Thomas have arrested Chavroy Bishop after he was observed on surveillance tape breaking and entering into a business. Bishop was held on a $25,000 bail which he was unable to post.
Police said the Third Degree Burglary occurred on June 13 at Trench Town Rock and Bishop was arrested on June 14 at about 3:30 p.m. Police urge all businesses to install surveillance equipment as it has been proven to reduce crime and assist law enforcement to identify suspects.
