Speeder Arrested For Gun Possession and Narcotics

Police on St. Croix arrested 24-year-old Terrance Bryson after finding him with a gun and narcotics after a traffic stop. Police said Bryson was speeding on the Melvin Evans highway and was stopped. Following the traffic stop, a K9 dog indicated to the presence of narcotics in the vehicle. Police also found a 9 millimeter handgun on the floor by the drivers’ seat.
He was charged with Importation of a Firearm, Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm, Failure to Report a Firearm Brought into the Territory and Simple Possession of Marijuana. Bryson was arrested and held on a $25,000 pending further court action.
