St. Croix Deputy Police Chief Herminio Velasquez confirms that the third victim of the LaVallee homicides has been identified as 31-year-old Zivko Petric. The bodies of Zizko Petric, Ivan Petric, Sr., and Nanny Meijn-Kuiper were discovered by police at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 at their Estate LaVallee residence.

No new charges have been filed against Ivan Petric, Jr., who is considered a suspect in the triple homicides. Mr. Petric is being held at the Golden Grove Correctional Facility on charges of Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm and Unauthorized Possession of Ammunition.
