ST. THOMAS – On Thursday, November 22, 2007 police responded to a report from officials at the RLS Regional Medical center that a shooting victim had arrived at the hospital seeking treatment. The shooting occurred at approximately 10:45pm Thursday evening in Anna’s Retreat. According to victim statements to police, suspects in a black vehicle approached him and demanded items of clothing and jewelry from his person. After the victim complied he was shot in the right leg from behind while fleeing on foot. Residents in the area did called police and report shots fired around the same time the incident occurred.

Anyone who may have information that could lead to the capture of the suspect(s) responsible for this shooting; or any information that could assists detectives, are urged to call police immediately. Residents can contact the Investigation Bureau at 715-5522 or dial 911.
