ST. CROIX – Thirty-year-old (30) Kenyata Horsford – a St. Croix resident accused of assaulting a police officer during a domestic violence incident reported to police on October 8, 2007, turned himself into police at the VIPD Marshall command at 4:45pm Tuesday, November 20, 2007. The suspect was arrested and charged with Assault (3rd); Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle and Aggravated Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. Mr. Horsford was processed and remanded to the Golden Grove Correctional Facility on one-hundred-fifty-thousand dollars bail ($150,000) pending an Advise of Rights hearing.
