Troy Lee Webb Arrest

Troy Lee Webb, 42 year old male resident of Estate Richmond and native of Oregon, was arrested and charged on October 10, 2005 with Negligent Homicide, DUI, Failure to yeild the Right of Way to an Emergency Vehicle, Leaving the Scene of an Accident, Failure to Report an Accident and other charges. His arrest came about as a result of an automobile accident in which the driver of the vehicle expired at the Juan F. Luis Hospital while being treated.

Bail was set at $100,000.00 by the Honorable Superior Court Judge Edgar D.Ross. Unable to post bail he was remanded to the Golden Grove Correctional Facility.

Additionally, Mr. Webb has outstanding warrants against him from the State of Oregon, to include Parole Violation.
