Road Restriction for Firemen’s Ball at Government House - St. Croix

Deputy Chief of Police Herminio Velazquez of the Virgin Islands Police Department, District of St. Croix, wishes to remind the motoring and general public of the following parking restrictions scheduled for the activities at Government House - St. Croix on Saturday, October 8, 2005.
The parking restrictions will be in effect Saturday October 8, 2005 from 6:30PM until 11:00 PM on the following streets:
- King Street – In front of Government and limited use of Taxi Parking Area.
- Queen Cross Street between King and Company Streets.
- Church Street between King and Company Street.
The parking restrictions will be in place to allow placement of vehicles used in the transportation of participants of Fireman’s Chief and Supervisors and other security measures.
Deputy Chief Velazquez and the entire Police Department wishes the Community of St. Croix a safe and enjoyable VI/Puerto Rican Weekend as we request your cooperation concerning the parking restrictions and we regret any inconveniences caused by these necessary changes.
Any vehicle (s) found parked in prohibited areas will be ticketed and/or towed away at the owner’s expense. Owners or drivers finding that his/her vehicle has been towed should contact the Anselmo Marshall Command at Bassin Triangle at 773- 2530 or 911 for further information.
