Mr. Cordice, a 50 year-old male resident of Estate Strawberry Hills, St. Croix was arrested and charged with Involuntary Manslaughter.

On or about August 2nd, 2005, Mr. Cordice is alleged to have been involved in some type of game with Mr. Noorhassan, leading to him being struck several times about the abdomen. After striking the victim, Mr. Cordice left him to make a purchase, returned and found the victim lying on the ground believing he was asleep, left him there. Mr. Noorhassan was found lying unconscious on the ground and was later transported to the Juan F. Commissioner Lewis also stated that an autopsy was later performed and it revealed that Mr. Lloyd Malcolm Noorhassan had died as a result of blunt force trauma to the rib area. The strikes to the body are attributed to the internal bleeding that possibly lead to Mr. Noorhassan’s death.
