St. Thomas ,USVI - On Saturday, December 31, 2022, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Mrs. Annica Charleswell-Thompson, a 37-year-old black female, turned herself into the Domestic Violence Unit to face charges of Assault in the First (w/ Mayhem) and Third Degree DV, Simple Assault DV and Disturbance of the Peace, DV.

The female victim stated that on Sunday, December 4, 2022, at about 7:30 p.m., she was at the emergency room when an altercation took place between her and her two cousins.

The victim identified Mrs. Charleswell-Thompson, as one of two assailants that attacked her in the parking lot of the Schneider Regional Medical Center, which resulted in her receiving multiple injuries about her face and body.
