ST. THOMAS, USVI – On November 16, at 1 p.m., the 911 Emergency Call Center was notified of an assault at Oswald Harris Court - vicinity of Building 7.

The victim reported being attacked and struck in the face with an unknown object by a male who frequents the area causing injuries.
