ST. THOMAS, USVI – On November 10, at 6:30 p.m., police arrested Joseph E. Hodge, age 83 of Frenchman’s Bay, charging him with 1st Degree Unlawful Sexual Contact.

Hodge is accused of the unlawful entry and sexual contact of a female staying at Bella Vista Hotel on October 30.

Hodge was released on a $35,000 Appearance Bond, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
