Polk County, Florida - On November 3, 2022, at around 5:00p.m., the Polk County Sheriff Department, Florida, apprehended Jonathan Rivera and N’zinger Makeda Williams at VIPD Criminal Investigations Bureau’s request after securing an arrest warrant for charging them with Murder in 1st Degree.

The case is in connection with the July 6, 2022 homicide of 28 years old Jah Marley Christopher Alfred. This homicide occurred on the Williams Delight turf after Mr. Alfred and Mr. Rivera got into a verbal altercation. As a result, Mr. Rivera ran Mr. Alfred down, and shot him multiple times, succumbing to his injuries.

Both suspects are being held without bail in Polk County jail until they can be extradited back to the territory.
