CIB Investigating Fatal Shooting at the Frontline Night Club, Estate Colquhoun

Victim: Randy A. Lockhart, age 43.

Frederiksted, St. Croix - On July 15, 2022, 911 Emergency Call Center dispatched officers at 12:45a.m., to Frontline night club located in Estate Colquhoun about a male victim with multiple gunshot wounds.

Upon officers' arrival at the scene, they found the body of a male individual with no vital signs laying on the ground with visible gunshot wounds. The individual was identified by next of kin as 43-year-old Randy A. Lockhart.

This is an ongoing investigation, the CIB is asking anyone with information on this shooting or any other please call at CIB (340) 712-6092, CIB Tip-Line (340) 778-4950, 911 or Crime Stoppers 1 (800) 222-TIPS.
