ST. CROIX, USVI – On November 4, at 8:11 a.m., VIPD’s Economic Crime Unit executed an arrest warrant on Kenneth L. Springer, age 46 of Catherine’s Rest, who turned himself in to police after learning there was a warrant for his arrest. Springer was charged with Obtaining Money By False Pretense, Criminally Influenced and Corrupt Organization, Forgery, Drawing and Delivering Worthless Documents, Grand Larceny and Fraudulent Claim Upon the Government.
