Chief of Police, St. Croix District

Chief Hannah brings more than 20 years of police experience to the highest uniformed position in the VIPD, having served most recently as Director of Training.

For three years, he held the position of Territorial Public Information Officer and for twelve years was assigned to the Planning, Research and Development Bureau.

His career with the VIPD began in 1987 as a police officer / youth investigator. Hannah is a graduate of Colgate University; he holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with a major in Urban Studies and a minor in Education.
