UNSOLVED HOMICIDES

Shannon Blair SHANNON BLAIR. On Thursday, January 19, 2006, at approximately 11:30 p.m. police officers responded to a shooting at Carib Beach Hotel. A hotel guest Shannon Blair was shot and killed. Mr. Blair was found lying on the floor of the room unresponsive and without a pulse. He received a gunshot wound which resulted in his death.
Ahiem Huyghue AHIEM HUYGHUE. On Sunday, January 22, 2006, at approximately 2:52 a.m. a shooting was reported in the area of Hospital Ground. Upon the arrival of police officers they discovered that a 14 year old boy, Ahiem Huyghue was shot to death. The boy was found on the back porch of the apartment.
If you have ANY information at all, no matter how insignificant you may think it is, please call the Major Crime Unit. Your memory of any details could lead to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for this crime.

The families of murder victims suffer greatly and continue to suffer for the rest of their lives. This suffering compounded by the lack of closure from an unsolved murder. In this case a criminal is free, and the families miss their loved one.

SOLVED CASES

Kelmon David KELMON DAVID. On Sunday, Februrary 4, 2006, at approximately 5:55 p.m. Mr. Kelmon L. David was in the Oswald Harris Court in the area of Bulding 21 where he was shot and killed.
Mr. David was a 25 year old male, employed and the father of two.
