Police Find Human Skeletal Remains

On Wednesday, April 10 the Virgin Islands Police Department, district of St. Croix, discovered human skeletal remains while engaged in investigating an unrelated incident. Police estimate that the remains are more than two years old.
The human skeletal remains have been turned over to Medical Examiner D’Michelle DuPre for identification.
Commissioner James McCall stated additional updates on the process of the investigation will be released to the public Tuesday pending information from the Medical Examiner.
