St. Croix Man Charged with Aggravated Rape

ST. CROIX, USVI – On February 4, at 10:07 a.m., detectives of the VIPD Criminal Investigation Bureau executed an arrest warrant issued by the Superior Court of the Virgin Islands, arresting Lyndon Tyson, age 40 of La Grande Princesse. He was charged with 1st Degree Aggravated Rape.
Lyndon Tyson
Tyson allegedly sexually abused a minor child on several occasions.
Tyson was turned over to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections after failing to post $150,000 bail, pending his Advice of Rights hearing.
