Man Charged with Stalking, Disturbance of the Peace

Edward Liverpool, age 42 was arrested by police on St. Thomas and charged with Stalking, Disturbance of the Peace and Threats Domestic Violence. Police said Liverpool went to his ex-girlfriends’ work place uninvited on two occasions and then went to her residence armed with a machete and made threats toward her. No one was injured at the time.
Liverpool was arrested on Sunday June 10 at about 8:30 a.m. and held without bail according to the domestic violence law. He was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
