Office Max Employee Arrested for Embezzlement and Grand Larceny

On Tuesday, December 20 at about 4 p.m. police on St. Thomas arrested 46-year-old Walter Lewis III and charged him with Embezzlement and Grand Larceny. Lewis was observed on surveillance camera taking items without permission or payment from Office Max in the Tutu Park Mall where he was employed.
His bail was set at $45,000 which he was unable to pay. He was remanded to the custody of the Bureau of Corrections pending further court action.
